Returns Policy
We want you to love your order but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging with hangtags and protective materials
- Returned within the 14-day window
How to Request a Return:
Please contact returns@fracturedstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s), and the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility based on Kottonology’s policy and provide the next steps.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at returns@fracturedstore.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved by Kottonology, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund.
